Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is not just philanthropic giving, but also about values of empathy and honoring commitments. It is also about setting standards where quality of service and benefit goes directly to the beneficiary especially the one that is most marginalized.

To achieve the above, MphasiS has formed the F1 Foundation. The MphasiS F1 Foundation's philosophy is to support and focus on innovative programs that work towards an inclusive development of society that empower people to take charge of their destinies.

Focus Areas

MphasiS has extensive experience in the Transportation & Logistics industry and provides the following services:

• Education: We, at MphasiS, believe that education is the key to the social and economic development of a nation. We invest in projects that provide quality education to underprivileged children, contribute to overall learning and personal growth, and bring about significant and sustainable improvements in the standard of living of children and their communities.
• Employability: Our goal is to empower people with skills that make them ready for the job market and throw open new employment avenues and career choices.
• Entrepreneurship Development: The objective is to train young people in setting up and running enterprises and to create institutions that will sustain them and their families for a very long time.

Employee volunteers are the most important pillar of MphasiS' community strategy. Our employees proactively support and contribute to social causes by donating their time, money, skills, and creative ideas.
