MphasiS works with the voluntary sector in implementing projects in the communities that we live and work in. We seek to involve employees, clients and other stakeholders and encourage them to actively contribute their skills, time and expertise to such initiatives.

Our partners for various CSR activities include:

  • Each One Teach One
    Each One Teach One (EOTO) is a non-profit organization that creates opportunities to develop the personality of a child. It works with economically deprived children who study in Government run municipal schools in Mumbai. MphasiS has been supporting EOTO for four years now. We are supporting three of EOTO's six schools at Andheri and Ghatkopar in Mumbai, including one project to create and sustain good hygiene practices in the Sion Municipal School.

  • Headstreams
    headstreams is a movement of people who are dedicated to shaping a world where everybody has an opportunity to reach their fullest potential in all spheres of life - physical, social, mental, emotional and spiritual. Through the Headstreams Aalamba programme, MphasiS aims to empower over 300 youth with employment and skills training, and support with employment exchange services. The aim is also to support 30 bright young people in developing their own enterprises, as part of the business and employment co-operative, within one year of training.

  • JAGRUTI Seva Sanstha
    JAGRUTI Seva Sanstha, an NGO based in Pune makes efforts to empower poor and needy with education, vocational training and healthcare with focus on women and children. MphasiS supports education of 15 deserving students till class 12 and beyond. The students are selected through a local community coordinator on the basis of means cum merit and provide them with academic support and computer training. We also support the nutrition program of children at four balwadis run by JSS.

  • Office of Disability Services, Indian Institute of Management
    MphasiS has partnered with IIM-B to set up an office of disability services at IIM-B, Bangalore. The aim is to create an inclusive academic environment for students with disabilities and an opportunity to excel without prejudice and discrimination.

  • Swadhar
    Swadhar IDWC, Pune offers to protect, support, and shelter the women and children in distress in order to enable them to become self-reliant and financially independent members of the society. MphasiS helps Swadhar to run non-formal education classes in Bibbewadi, Pune. The MphasiS partnership has enabled 80 children to start their education afresh.

  • SOS Children's Villages of India, Bangalore
    SOS Children's Villages is the world's largest charity dedicated to orphaned and abandoned children. Present in 132 countries, SOS has over 500 children's villages. There are over 41 SOS Children's villages in India spread from Kashmir to Kanyakumari. Through MphasiS CSR, we support a family home in Bangalore SOS called Akshaya. It has 20 kids ranging from the age group of 1 to 14. You could also support SOS by contributing through Employee Contribution at:

  • NOIDA Deaf Society
    NOIDA Deaf Society (NDS) is a non-profit organization whose vision is to mainstream hearing impaired youth from economically weaker sections of society by imparting training in vocational skills and skills that will enable employability. The deaf students who come to NDS are typically from the economically weaker sections in Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR). MphasiS through its CSR initiatives supports English training of 250 deaf youth that leads to their skill enhancement for employability.

  • Aide-et-Action
    Aide et Action (AEA) is an international development organization established in 1981, working for the cause of education in 18 developing countries across Africa, South Asia, South East Asia and the Caribbean. AEA aims at ensuring meaningful education for all, especially the disadvantaged and marginalized by addressing the inadequacies of the education system. AEA's vision is of "a world where dignity is ensured for all men, women and children through education - the lever for human development". MphasiS supports i-Lead (Institute for Livelihood Education and Development) program in Chennai which aims at promoting livelihood education among the youth from poor families and those with low educational qualifications through short term trainings.

  • Vidya Poshak
    Vidya Poshak, India is a registered Citizen Sector Organization (NGO), established in 2001, working towards empowering the impoverished, meritorious student community to pursue their post 10th education, increase their employability through skill enhancement and transforming them into contributing citizens. MphasiS through its CSR program supports higher education of 50 students belonging to SC/ST Category through Vidya Poshak's Nurture Merit Program.

  • Fourth Wave Foundation (FWF)
    MphasiS supports Nannagu Shalaye programme of Fourth Wave Foundation. The concept of Fourth Wave focuses on "revolution in man". This, they believe, is a catalyst that enables change and helps utilize all other waves effectively and responsibly. Fourth Wave Foundation identifies and prioritizes opportunities for companies collaborating in CSR. FWF collaborates with various ground level programs initiated by local NGOs and individuals. Planned study of needs and strategic involvement in need areas, extending desired support to worthy programs are the prime areas of their function and networking.
