Dinesh holds two key portfolios at MphasiS, New Ventures and Marketing.

As head of New Ventures, Dinesh leads a team that identifies Innovative Business Solutions and nurtures Entrepreneurship. These solutions and projects are incubated under a focused business unit called ‘New Ventures’. Currently, New Ventures is incubating solutions in the area of Payments, Product Engineering Services and Healthcare BPO (Javelina platform).

In the Marketing function, Dinesh heads global marketing activities to strengthen the MphasiS brand through a blend of diverse Outreach Programs, Lead Generation and Corporate Communications.

Dinesh, previously headed Mergers & Acquisitions at MphasiS. He fronted the acquisition of AIGSS, Fortify Infrastructure Services and Wyde Corp. He also played a strategic role in the integration, transition and transformation of these acquisitions.

Prior to MphasiS, Dinesh led R&D at BMC Software for the Remedy ITSM Product suite business. He drove strategy and product development for the suite that included the industry's No.1 ITIL based Service Desk/Helpdesk, Change and Asset Management solutions.

In his earlier role, he was Director of Engineering at Marimba Inc, a leading Silicon Valley startup where he led the development of award-winning, next generation products in the Data Center Automation, Desktop Management and Mobile Management space. He also has extensive experience in leading global teams, and over six years of experience in off-shoring enterprise product development to India, Israel, Canada, and Ukraine.

Dinesh holds a Bachelors degree in Technology from College of Engineering, Trivandrum in India, and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Louisiana.

Ganesh Pai is the Head of Insurance Market Unit at MphasiS based out of Chicago, USA. In this role, he is responsible for all aspects of the business including industry strategy, revenue, profitability, go-to market, solution portfolio, sales and client relationships.

Ganesh has been with MphasiS for 15 years and has played several key roles across the globe. More recently, he was the regional head for applications and infrastructure services for EMEA based out of London, UK. Prior to moving to London, he was the North American client services head for Insurance, Healthcare and Government sectors based out of New York and Chicago. He joined the company as the Regional Manager for Asia Pacific and was based out of Singapore.

With over 22 years of experience in the information technology industry, Ganesh has been responsible for establishing strategic outsourcing relationships with fortune 500 corporations across the globe. He has launched new and innovative service offerings in the US markets. He spearheaded the effort for setting up and growing the insurance business at MphasiS. More recently, he is credited with successfully leading two M&A transactions involving the acquisition of a captive IT organization of a global insurance company and Wyde Corporation a leading provider of policy administration systems.

Ganesh started his career at Wipro in 1989. During his 8 year stint with the company he played several roles in sales and marketing. At the time of leaving the organization in 1997, he was the global product marketing manager for remote access solutions.

Ganesh is on the board of F1 Foundation which directs and oversees MphasiS’ participation in the community, charity work and CSR activities.

Ganesh holds a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University, India, and an MBA from Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.

Murali Soundar is the Chief Risk Officer at MphasiS. Murali has about three decades of experience in the field of Risk, Security Governance, Ethics and Compliance across various industries including Banking, Mutual funds and IT services. In his current role, Murali Soundar leads an integrated Risk & Security organization that includes Information Security Oversight, Physical Security, Business Continuity Planning, Corporate Investigations and Government Relations. Besides, he leads a new enterprise-wide initiative in Enterprise Risk Management for MphasiS.

Murali has had varied tenures as part of professional life from American MNCs to public sector and Indian pure players in Information Technology. He joined us from Perot Systems about 30 months ago where he served as the Vice President, Risk & Security Management. He had earlier stints with Fidelity Investments as Senior Director, Wipro Technologies as General Manager, Asset Protection, and had served in the Indian Army as an officer.

Murali plays an active role in Enterprise Security & Risk Governance globally, and is a member of several global committees including the Chief Risk Officers' club and the CSO Round Table.

Rajkumar Velagapudi is the President of Infrastructure Services Business Unit at MphasiS. His vision is to create an IT infrastructure services portfolio that enables core business transactions in a faster, cheaper, reliable and secure manner.

Raj has over 20 years of experience in IT industry. Prior to assuming this role, Raj was the CEO and President of Fortify Infrastructure Services, a leading global provider of Infrastructure Services. Prior to founding Fortify in 2008, he served as the President of Ness Innovative Business Services, and was involved in corporate development, strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and drove the consolidation of Ness’ India delivery centers on to a single operational platform of 3,000 resources.

Raj holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Madras, India.

Sivaram has 24 years of experience in the secretarial, legal, insurance and accounts fields spanning across manufacturing and service industries. He has been with MphasiS for the last five years. Prior to joining MphasiS, he was the Company Secretary of Blue Star Infotech Limited.

In MphasiS, he heads the Secretarial, Legal, Ethics and Internal Audit Departments.

Sivaram is a Law graduate, Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and has passed the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of UK exam.

Sivaram is a good table tennis player and has represented Mumbai University during his college days. He is presently a member of the MphasiS table tennis team, which has won several corporate tournaments.

Elango is the Chief Human Resources Officer for MphasiS and has been at the helm of integrating the organization through its many mergers and acquisitions. From 15000 to now over 40000 and growing, Elango has blended the mass hiring and people management routine that is the trade mark of most Indian IT companies with the critical function of leadership development and grooming that will secure MphasiS' future as a leader in industry.

Under Elango's leadership, MphasiS has seen an overhaul of its performance management system which now brings about a fair, transparent process, that recognizes the contributions of the Vital 70 and while disproportionately rewarding the top 20. The leadership talent and grooming program was created under his guidance to address high potential employees’ career aspirations as well as help them with their areas of development. He is tasked to build a culture that has the "soul and smile of small company while providing opportunities of a large company".

Through this medium, Elango shares his observations on leadership, management and also the occasional blooper or two. Elango is also a regular columnist in India’s Top Leadership and Strategic HR Magazine - People Matters and has also been published with the Wall Street Journal.

Seen as a mentor and coach to both leaders and new entrants into the corporate world, Elango has always made himself accessible and offered his advice to help people achieve their goals. His deep industry knowledge of Banking, Financial Services, IT and IT enabled Services, Manufacturing, Consulting and Hospitality coupled with his experience in managing a global workforce, enable Elango to provide a perspective that resonates with his coachees.

Besides leading the HR function, over the decade that Elango has been with MphasiS, he has lead the office of Business Operations, Marketing and Corporate communications. In some of his prior avatars, Elango served as Senior Vice President Human Resources for Bank of America's offshoring unit in India, worked with The UB Group, The Raheja Group and Quality Inns India Pvt. Ltd.

Gopinathan Padmanabhan (Gopi) has 30 years of global experience in the IT Services industry and is responsible for global delivery of services in all the business lines (Applications, Infrastructure and BPO).

In his previous role at MphasiS, Gopi was responsible for managing the entire Applications Services business and the Regional Sales in EMEA for all the business lines of MphasiS. Prior to this, Gopi was the Chief Operating Officer & Vice-President (Global Delivery) for the Applications Solutions business of Perot Systems where he was responsible for strategic management, operations, and complete service delivery of Applications solutions. In his role as Director – HP Global Delivery Application Services (HP-GDAS), HP Globalsoft India, Gopi was responsible for all practices and associated service delivery at the India Center. He also led Technology, Process and Knowledge Management globally for HP GDAS.

He was the General Manager, Riyam Computer Services, Oman; General Manager - UNISYS distributorship of Oman (ZBM); Regional Sales Manager - HCL-Deluxe in New Jersey; Chief Operating Officer, LG CommerzNow, Bangalore; and Principal Consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in New Jersey.

Gopi holds a B.E. degree in Industrial Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirapalli, and a Masters Degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from IIT, Kanpur.

P.A. Krishnan has over 27 years of rich and varied experience in successfully managing business P&L, strategy, sales, services, manufacturing and acquisitions. In this role, he is responsible for spearheading MphasiS' efforts in becoming the leading provider of IT based business solutions in key emerging geographies - India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, and the Middle East.

In his previous role at MphasiS, Krishnan focused on continued growth in the Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing and led sales for Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Singapore, and India. Krishnan has over six years of specialization in the Managed Infrastructure Services and Outsourcing space. He has managed and successfully grown this business in his previous stints. Prior to joining MphasiS, Krishnan was with Siemens where he was Senior Vice President, managing Global Infrastructure Operations and Internal Sales for the Siemens Group. Krishnan has worked with other leading companies like NCR, IBM, Onward Technologies, HCL, and Nelco.

Krishnan is an Electrical Engineering Graduate from VJTI, Mumbai with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Computer Management.

Rajesh Makhija is responsible for spearheading our efforts targeted towards high growth vertical segments such as Communications, Media & Entertainment, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Retail, Logistics & Transportation and Manufacturing & Hi-Tech in prime geographies of USA & Canada, Western Europe, ANZ & Japan.

Rajesh has over 18 years of experience in IT & Outsourcing, and has worked across a wide portfolio of industries and geographies in his career. He has been with MphasiS for 9 years, and has played multiple roles across business management, sales and marketing functions.

Prior to joining MphasiS, he worked as National Business Manager for Godrej Pacific, India (now Ingram Micro) for over 3 years. During this period, he was responsible for sales, service, marketing & distribution of various IT hardware products and also had the responsibility of managing the logistics of international supply chain and national dealer network. Subsequently, Rajesh founded Nibishi Services Ltd., based in Mumbai, India and had a 3+ year stint as an entrepreneur setting up a dealer driven nationwide infrastructure service network for various IT & office automation products.

Academically, he holds an Engineering degree in Electronics & Telecom and a PGDM (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

Sudhir Mathur is the Senior Vice President and the global Head of HP-Emerging Business. He is responsible for building joint go-to-market strategies with all business units of HP (outside of Enterprise services). Sudhir is focused on spearheading efforts in building and leveraging industry / technology capabilities in MphasiS that can be packaged along with HP’s technology offerings to offer value to end clients.

Sudhir has over 21 years experience in successfully building / managing business across a wide portfolio of industries and geographies in his career. He has played multiple roles across sales, marketing and business management. Sudhir has been with MphasiS for over 3.5 years and is credited with bringing ANZ on the MphasiS map and making it the third largest country business for the company in a short time span of three years. His previous role was Head, HP - Business for APJ.

Sudhir has also been representing the Indian IT industry in Australia for the last five years in his hat as the Chairman of NASSCOM’s Australian chapter.

Prior to joining MphasiS, Sudhir was the Country Manager, ANZ and Japan for Zensar Technologies based in Sydney. Sudhir has also worked for Aptech as Senior Vice President heading the international business for the company. He was also on the board of the company's joint venture business in China. Prior to that, Sudhir worked for Daewoo Electronics in India as the National Head of Sales and Marketing.

Sudhir holds a Bachelors in Engineering Degree, and a Masters in Management (Marketing) from NMIMS (Mumbai University).

MG Raghuraman, Chief Information Officer has been part of the MphasiS organization for over eight years. In the recent past, as Head of Business Operations, he was instrumental in the smooth functioning of Administration, Security & Risk, Real Estate, Transport and overall Business Operations.

In this role, he will drive integrated technology architecture, increase IT agility, and enhance MphasiS employee technology experience.

Ganesh Murthy has over 23 years of experience working in finance across diverse industries like FMCG industry, consumer durable industry and IT industry. He has provided strategic leadership to business teams in the area of financial planning, direct and indirect taxes, cost optimization, legal and statutory compliance, travel, logistics and administrative activities.

Since 2004, Ganesh Murthy has been worldwide Finance Director of Global Delivery Application Services at HP. During his tenure, Global Delivery Application Services grew from a 4,000 person organization to a 13,500 person organization. Ganesh was also a Director in the board of Hewlett-Packard Global Soft Private Limited (previously known as Digital GlobalSoft Limited).

Through his career, Ganesh Murthy has worked for some of the best known brands in the business such as Wipro, Texas Instruments, Gillette, ITC and Thomson. He has experience in Indian multinationals like ITC and Wipro where he headed the Corporate Taxation function and also in foreign MNCs like Texas Instruments and Gillette where he headed the finance function for India operations. Ganesh is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also a member of the Economic Affairs Panel of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).

Puneet Bhirani heads Business Operations at MphasiS. In this role, his mandate is to make the MphasiS offices an enjoyable experience for employees. He manages the operations / administration, infrastructural growth, real estate, purchase and travel functions at MphasiS.

Puneet has over 13 years of experience working in diverse fields such as Sales, Resource Management, Integration, Consulting, Business Analysis and Operations. He has been with MphasiS for over 9 years, and had provided strategic leadership during MphasiS-EDS merger and helped set up the London operations. In his previous role at MphasiS as leader of RMG and Business Operations for Applications Services, he transformed RMG and created a more data driven and high performance culture for the business, thereby winning the Mphasian of the year - 2009. Prior to joining MphasiS, he worked with Plantesia Ltd and Asea Brown Boveri Ltd.

Puneet holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree, and an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Seshagiri (Sesha) Dhanyamraju heads Strategy, Benchmarking and Mergers & Acquisitions at MphasiS. In this role, Sesha is responsible for strategy development, heading the Office of CEO, heading mergers & acquisitions group evaluating and implementing inorganic modes of growth, monitoring competitive intelligence and benchmarking, running large deals program teams

Sesha has over extensive work experience of over two decades having worked in several countries in a wide variety of technical, leadership and strategy related roles. He has been nominated twice to Who's Who Historical Society for Information Technology Professionals. Prior to moving to India in 2007 to assume his current role, he spent around a decade and half in USA working for EDS (now known as HP Enterprise Services) in diverse roles ranging including account and corporate roles, technical and leadership roles . Early on in his career he spent a number of years in a technical capacity working as Principal Certified Lotus Professional, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, and a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute. Before EDS, he worked with Digital Equipment India Limited, and traveled extensively in the Asia Pacific region as a consultant helping clients optimize their IT data centers and networks.

Sesha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Technology (with Honors and Gold Medal) from Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and an MBA from Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Vikas Gurugunti is Senior Vice President & Head, HP-Enterprise Services Business globally. He has over 22 years of industry experience in managing Sales and Customer Relationships across various geographies, markets, and verticals. Having joined MphasiS in 2004, Vikas has led various customer centric roles, and his previous role was that of Head, HP-Enterprise Services Business for Americas.

Post Vikas' formative years with Wipro, he had joined Ramco Systems in 1994 to head its Far East market based out of Kuala Lumpur. Later, he joined IBM in India and held various positions, and was General Manager, ESG (Enterprise Systems Group - comprising IBM Mainframe, AS/400, RS/6000, Storage, etc.) in his last role, when he left to nurture his ambitions of entrepreneurship. At IBM, he was responsible for market share of each of the product lines, P&L of the group.

Vikas holds a Bachelor's degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Master's degree in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. He has attended Executive courses at The Wharton School and Kellogg's School of Management.

Don joins us with more than two decades of experience in the Global Financial Services Industry with expertise in leading and managing Financial Institutions, Clients, Consultants and Software Companies.

Don joins us from the Vertex Business Services where he was Head - Global Financial Service Consulting, responsible for transforming the global market, creating and introducing Performance Marketing and Business Process Utilities.

Prior to Vertex Group, Don led Ignite Sales, Inc. as the Interim-CEO. Through his career, Don has been associated with Virchow Krause & Company, LLP., West Monroe Partners, LLC., Kanbay Inc. (now acquired by Capgemini), Intuit Inc., Cornerstone Bank, Union Planters, Compass Bank and Ameritrust Bank.

Don holds a B.S. Degree in Finance from Arkansas State University and a Graduate Degree in Banking from the Graduate School of Banking of the South.
