Jeya Kumar, Chief Executive Officer
Jeya Kumar has more than 25 years of global experience spanning India, Singapore, Japan, Australia, Mexico, United Kingdom and United States. At MphasiS, Jeya is responsible for the overall management of the company.
Jeya joins MphasiS from Sun Microsystems where his last assignment was that of Senior Vice President - Services Group and a member of Sun's Executive Management Group. As head of a $5 billion a year services business, Jeya was responsible for the business unit's financial performance, strategy, marketing, portfolio management, in-market management, product engineering, technology development, M&A and channels in more than 120 countries.
Prior to Sun, Jeya held various management and executive positions with global firms including Apple Computers Inc and National Semi-Conductor Corporation.
Jeya has a Masters of Business degree from
Curtin University, Australia and a Bachelors
of Business degree from the Royal Melbourne
Institute of Technology, Australia. In addition,
he holds post graduate diplomas in Computer
Science, Marketing and Management Studies
and has participated in the Advanced Management
Program with Oxford University. |

Gopinathan Padmanabhan
– President, Applications Business Unit
Gopinathan Padmanabhan (Gopi) has over 28 years of global experience and is responsible for managing the entire Applications business, developing delivery capabilities and attaining strategic & operational goals for the Applications business. Prior to this, Gopi was the Chief Operating Officer & Vice-President (Global Delivery) for the Applications Solutions business of Perot Systems where he was responsible for strategic management, operations, and complete service delivery of their Global Delivery of Applications solutions. He also held tenures as CEO, Riyam Computer Services, Head, UNISYS distributorship - Oman, Regional Manager, HCL-Deluxe in New Jersey, COO of LG CommerzNow and Principal Consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) in New Jersey.
Gopi was also Director - Global Delivery Application Services (GDAS), HP Globalsoft India and was responsible for all practices and service delivery at the Center
Gopi holds a B.E. degree in Industrial Engineering
from Regional Engineering College, Tiruchirapalli,
and a Masters Degree in Industrial Management
and Engineering from IIT, Kanpur.

Ramesh Gudalur, President, BPO Business Unit
Ramesh has over 20 years of leadership experience across BPO, Financial services and Manufacturing industries. Ramesh has been instrumental in creating delivery engines that have helped turn around client’s business processes. He demonstrated his entrepreneurship and innovation in creating large business platforms for BPO and Consumer Finance in his previous companies.
Prior to his current role, Ramesh was heading
BPO business at Cognizant Technologies. He
helped Cognizant to define BPO space based
on customer needs, and created a design and
delivery platform that has been described
noteworthy in knowledge management, training,
seamless transition, domain oriented career
mapping and verticals’ business. Previously,
he had also held key roles at TCS BPO, GE,
SRF Group, Ambalal Sarabhai Enterprises, ICICI
OneSource, to name a few. At TCS, he relaunched
the BPO Operations and grew it from 45 employees
to 4200 employees.
He has gathered diverse experience working extensively across geographies in locations such as the USA, UK and India. Ramesh holds an MBA degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He is a Six Sigma Black belt, enjoys teaching and has taught at the GE Finance Program as well as at several business schools.

P.A. Krishnan – President, Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing Business Unit
P.A. Krishnan has over 25 years of rich and varied experience in successfully managing business P&L, strategy, sales, services, manufacturing and acquisitions. At MphasiS, Krishnan focuses on continued growth in the Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing and looks at growing both capacity and capability.
Krishnan has over six years of specialization in the Managed Infrastructure Services and Outsourcing space. He has managed and successfully grown this business in his previous stints. Prior to joining MphasiS, Krishnan was with Siemens where he was Senior Vice President, managing Global Infrastructure Operations and Internal Sales for the Siemens Group. Krishnan has worked with other leading companies like NCR, IBM, Onward Technologies, HCL, and Nelco.
Krishnan is an Electrical Engineering Graduate from VJTI, Mumbai with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Computer Management.

John Heidt, Director, Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing (ITO) Transformation
John Heidt is responsible for the design and construction of the ITO capability to be a premier offshore location for EDS. Based out of Bangalore, he will drive the ITO strategy to make India a seamless part of the EDS global service delivery model and assist MphasiS along the path of managed services.
John joined EDS in 1988 as an application developer and has held various technical delivery and client-facing leadership positions within the Applications, Consulting and ITO areas. After spending his first seven years with EDS in the US, he moved to Germany in 1995. His broad experience in systems implementation, integration and support has helped a number of EDS' global clients in different industries be successful. Before taking on this role, John was responsible for service delivery of midrange products in Northern and Central EMEA. He also held EMEA roles for SAP Hosting Services and the implementation of the EDS service delivery framework.
John studied Finance, MIS and German at the Pennsylvania State University and has a Bachelors of Science degree. He also completed an international studies program in International Management and Economics at the University of Cologne, Germany.

Elango R, Chief Human Resources Officer
Elango is Chief Human Resources Officer at MphasiS. Based out of Bangalore Elango is responsible for integration, management and oversight of global HR services and programs functions that support the achievement of MphasiS' business objectives.
Elango has held several senior and operational
positions in HR spanning a cross - section
on industries that include Banking, Financial
Services, IT Enabled Services, IT Services,
Manufacturing, Consulting, Hospitality and
Customer Care.
In his most recent role, Elango served as Senior Vice President Human Resources for Bank of America's offshoring unit in India. Previously, he worked with The UB Group, The Raheja Group and Quality Inns India Pvt. Ltd.
His experience spans end to end set up and operations management of HR & Training teams. Specifically he has led teams in Performance Management Systems, Recruitment, Learning and Development function and Institutionalization of the Behavioral, Leadership and Professional skills training. In senior leadership positions he has helped manage the HR piece of global post merger activities.
Incidentally Elango was with MphasiS earlier,
in the IT division and then as Head of HR
of MphasiS BPO division. He has returned to
the MphasiS family after a three year stint
with Bank of America. |

Sivaram Nair, Company Secretary & General Counsel
Sivaram has 22
years of experience in the secretarial, legal,
insurance and accounts fields spanning across
manufacturing and service industries. He has
been with MphasiS for the last three years.
Prior to joining MphasiS, he was the Company
Secretary of Blue Star Infotech Limited.
Sivaram is a Law graduate, Fellow member of
the Institute of Company Secretaries of India
and also passed the Institute of Chartered
Secretaries of UK exam.
Sivaram is a good table tennis player and
has represented Mumbai University during his
college days. He is presently a member of
the MphasiS table tennis team, which has won several corporate
tournaments. |

Susanto Banerjee, CFO (Interim)
Susanto has 17 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounts spread across manufacturing and IT industries. He is currently based at Bangalore. He is a chartered accountant and in his current role he heads the Finance function of MphasiS Group. He has been with MphasiS since Feb 2005 and had led various teams in Core Accounts, Business Finance and Group Taxation. Before joining MphasiS he was with Berger Paints based out of its corporate office at Kolkata.

M G Raghuraman – Head,
Business Operations
MG Raghuraman, Head of Business Operations has been part of the EDS/MphasiS organization for over eight years. In the recent past, as Interim Head of ITO, he was instrumental in the smooth functioning of the ITO business, keeping clients happy and employees motivated. The ITO business continues to expand and had the highest percentage growth during his tenure.
In his new role as Head of Business Operations, MG’s portfolio include leading teams that work on Administration, Security & Risk, Real Estate, Transport and overall Business Operations.

Arvind Joshi, Group Chief Information Officer
Arvind has over 26 years of experience in client, business and technology management, and has driven technology strategy and implementation globally. His experience with financial institutions as well as software and services entities in various cities across Asia, Africa, Europe and USA enriches our global technology perspective.
Prior to this role, Arvind was Chief Operating Officer of 3i Infotech Inc., responsible for U.S. strategy and operations. In his previous roles, he worked with ICICI Bank, IBM, Chase Manhattan Bank and MphasiS. At MphasiS, he was the Regional Business Manager at Houston till March 2001.
Arvind holds a Masters degree in Computer Science and is an alumnus of BITS, Pilani, India.

Meenakshi Sundaresan, Chief Quality Officer
Meenakshi Sundaresan,
in this role, will be responsible for driving
Quality across the enterprise. She will set
the strategy, direction and governance for
the quality functions with a focus on integrating
the quality operations, platforms and processes
across the organization.
Prior to this role, Meenakshi worked with
MphasiS for eight years and has been instrumental
in playing the pivotal role of establishing
and managing the Quality Function in India,
while continuing to provide quality and process
improvement consulting to other EDS organizations.
She has extensive experience in software applications
development and delivery management.
A member of the very select group of Authorized
Lead Appraisers for the Software Engineering
Institute (SEI) affiliated to Carnegie Mellon
University, Pittsburgh, PA, Meenakshi is a
member of the Lead Appraiser Advisory Board
at SEI. She is also a visiting faculty to
the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT),
Chennai. |

Raj Patil, Chief Sales and Client Services Officer
Raj Patil, in this role, will be responsible for global revenues and client services of MphasiS’ Applications and ITO towers.
Raj has over 18 years of experience in the Information Technology and Outsourcing space. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients across various industries in United States and India to implement successful technology and off shoring strategies. Prior to this role, he was heading sales and client relationships for MphasiS’ North America Applications business and was instrumental in driving the growth for the region.
Raj joined MphasiS from Max Ateev, an IT services and technology subsidiary of Max India. He co-founded Health+ Cast, a company developing leading edge integration platforms for the healthcare provider network, and MindCrossing, a company based in Silicon Valley developing enterprise knowledge management solutions. He also worked with Infinity Financial Software, Inc., a software company focused on Mortgage Lending solutions.
Raj holds a BS degree and MS degree in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Dinesh Venugopal, Technology Development and IP Strategy Head
Dinesh Venugopal is responsible for leading
the development of innovative, industry leading
solution offerings that will help fulfill
MphasiS vision to be the leader in Outsourcing
2.0. He also drives Corporate Portfolio Management
process that reflects and fulfills MphasiS'
strategic priorities.
Dinesh has more than 15 years of experience
in building industry leading Enterprise Software
products. In his previous role, he was the
R&D head at BMC Software for the Remedy ITSM
Product suite business. He was responsible
for driving the strategy and product development
for the suite that included the industry's
No.1 ITIL based Service Desk/Help Desk, Change
and Asset Management solutions.
In one of his earlier jobs as Director of
Engineering at Marimba Inc, a leading Silicon
valley startup, Dinesh led the development
of award-winning, next generation products
in the Data Center Automation, and Desktop
and Mobile Management space. He also has extensive
experience in leading global teams, including
more than six years in off-shoring enterprise
product development to India, Israel, Canada,
and Ukraine.
Dinesh holds a Bachelors degree in Technology
from College of Engineering, Trivandrum in
India, and a Masters degree in Computer Science
from the University of Louisiana.
