Recruitment Process


The Staffing requisitions cascades down from Company's Vision which directs the Candidate competencies including Performance Objectives and Behavioral & Cultural Fit Framework. Staffing Protocol has four stages. We start from a sourcing strategy to get the best fit for the required profile with an efficient candidate engagement process to keep our candidates warm and connected to us.

It is mandatory for every resume passing through the initial stages of recruitment process has to be posted on our recruitment tool. Every candidate, whose resume is posted, will get an email notifying their entry into our recruitment process. Candidate is requested to validate the career opportunity they are being processed for and keep your details updated with us for faster processing.

We screen candidates based on prescreening questionnaires and the prescreened pool is evaluated via Office Interviews and Assessments. MphasiS Offer is released to the candidates recommended by the delivery team. Our Candidate Engagement team ensures timely documentation. It also takes care of post offer interaction with the selected candidates to cater to their concerns and queries.

Background Verification team ensures verification of documents and reference checks. It is mandatory for all selected candidates to pass through the Background verification for a smooth on boarding and continuity in Mphasis.
