MphasiS hires from top technology and business schools in India. The Institutes are decided based on indigenous evaluation criteria. We hire Bachelors and Masters Candidates from Engineering streams and Masters from the Computer Application and Business Management courses for various roles in the organization. The candidates from technology schools, applying to MphasiS are filtered based on a minimum average academic score 60% in their course program. As part of our interview process, candidates go through a series of online and personal interview formats to be a successful select. We part with registered vendors for a smooth campus recruitment process.
