How do I contribute?

MphasiS making a difference

Employees are our most valuable assets and we ensure that we create the right atmosphere for their contribution to the organization. Employee satisfaction is our priority and thus we encourage forums where our employees can give their feedback and suggestions to enhance our performance.

  • Appraisal is essential for us as an organization and you as an employee. We help you set challenging goals, support you to achieve your goals directly or indirectly, contributing towards the goals and objectives of the organization. At MphasiS we have a fair and transparent appraisal process to work on your productivity, improve effectiveness and develop a healthy relationship in your environment, between peers, supervisors, clients and many more. We also have a unique 360 degree appraisal system in place for Senior Management ensuring multileveled assessment and growth.

  • Voice of Employee program effectively communicates how your work impacts organization and how are we performing at employee satisfaction. Our employees give us feedback on what went well for them and areas we can improve upon. This ensures that each passing year we make MphasiS a great organization to work for.

  • We ensure to track employee pulse and concerns via regular Employee Connects - monthly and quarterly, weekly HR open houses where employees can voice their concerns and give suggestions to enhance their work environment. Our Buddy Programme ensures that a buddy guides new joiners for first 30 days and help them settle in the organization.

  • Our revenue accelerations and stretch goals allow our employees to go an extra mile and be exemplary performers. We celebrate our heroes for their achievements - Mphasian of the Year, Intrapreneur of the Year, Exemplary Business Leader, and many more.

MphasianS Speak

My first rotation is in Corporate Strategy, Office of the CHRO. I work directly with the CHRO to develop the HR Strategy for the next three years. By second week in the company, I had my first strategy draft ready and that was possible only with the support of larger HR team who would send me resources and be available for calls even after office hours to update me on existing programs or just to brainstorm new ideas. Even though I work out of New York office and 99% of people I work with are based in different time zones, distance has never come in the way of learning and collaboration, as MphasiS is a truly global company.
