MphasiS BPO Services (MsourcE) leads both categories in the magazine’s annual ranking of fastest-growing teleservices companies

MphasiS, a global service provider for G2000 companies in the Financial Services, Logistics and Technology industries, was ranked #1 by Customer Inter@ction Solutions’ Annual Survey and Ranking of Rising Stars for 2004, which ranks the fastest-growing teleservices companies. Having grown 855% in minutes gained between 2002 and 2003 over the previous year, MphasiS BPO Services earned the top spot in both the “Percentage Growth” category and the “Net Minutes Gained” category.
