Priceline Chairman and CEO Richard Braddock joins board of MphasiS-BFL Mumbai, May 3, 2000

MphasiS-BFL, a leading provider of software and system integration technology for consumer-focused legacy corporations, today announced that Richard S. Braddock, Chairman of and a former President of Citicorp, has consented to join the Company's Board of Directors, effective June 2000.
