MphasiS Appoints
Alok Misra as Chief Financial Officer and Abnash Singh as Chief
Information Officer
Jerry Rao, Chairman and CEO, MphasiS said,

While Alok has been instrumental in managing the Group’s Finance
and Accounting responsibilities for the past few years, Abnash has
sound experience in the IT field with particular expertise in the
outsourcing business. Abnash’s vast global experience as well
as multi - sector expertise, will play a crucial role in further
enhancing our growing business across diverse sectors. Speaking on his appointment, Abnash said,

and domestic business, I am eager to utilize my experience in the
relevant fields for the augmentation of MphasiS’ business.” |
Alok
Misra, who was earlier Vice President – Finance at MphasiS
will take over from Ravi Ramu. Alok has been with MphasiS for close
to 5 years and his responsibilities included - looking after the
Accounts and Audit of all companies under local and US GAAP, International
Taxation, Treasury & Cash Flow Management, Risk Management,
Investor Relations, MIS including planning, budgeting & reporting
and setting up systems and controls. Alok joined MphasiS after a
10 year stint with ITC and is a Chartered Accountant by training.
Abnash
Singh takes over from Aditya Menon, who in his new role at MphasiS,
now oversees product management in Solutions. Abnash brings with
him vast experience in the IT industry in his earlier positions
at Compaq, Unilever and vMoksha. With close to twenty five years
of experience in the IT industry of which fifteen years of experience
is in the outsourcing business, Abnash also has extensive know-how
in the management of quality processes, implementation of SAP/PeopleSoft
ERPs, CRM and management of infrastructure integration.
