MphasiS BPO Services has strongly adopted the Six Sigma methodology to bring about continuous improvement in its client's processes. We hope to deploy the Six Sigma methodology across the organization through projects, certifications, examination and training. We have a strong team of Quality Leader, Master Black Belts and Black Belts in the organization, who help implement our Six Sigma initiative.
We use Six Sigma tools to deliver benefits to clients, employees and stakeholders. We have a well developed Scorecard driven methodology that helps companies identify areas to outsource. Along with Six Sigma tools, the team also draws upon the best practices observed and collated across processes. The team ensures that the best practices are deployed when processes are transitioned to MphasiS BPO.
We believe a rigorous deployment yields huge benefits for the organization during project selection. The input for selection of projects is obtained from dashboards, which help track all the metrics of a process - SLAs, critical process parameters and other process parameters. Accountability is built in by aligning Black Belts to processes.Their KRAs are designed so that they own the SLA performance of processes. Control charts and control plans are deployed in processes to ensure that process improvements are sustained and out of control/special cause conditions are controlled.
