Flexible BASIS Production Support Services

MphasiS has a proven methodology to provide fixed baseline SAP BASIS Support services. Based on our successful adoption for other clients, MphasiS uses a unique "Instance-based" estimation model to arrive at the right mix of onshore/near-shore/offshore resources to handle a customer SAP Landscape. This gives complete flexibility to our customers to derive the financial benefits, while keeping-up the desired support levels.

Under this model, the adoption of the changing customer SAP landscape instances for near term and long term can be assessed easily for increase or decrease of resources which allows for better scalability and ease of operations.

2. Scheduled Support (Scoped in Maintenance Activities):

As scoped in the scoping estimator, MphasiS would carry out all maintenance activities (Kernel Upgrade, Support Pack update etc, in agreement to schedule and downtime provided as required by Customer).

3. Reactive Support:

In case of any issue in SAP System, End user will raise a ticket in the customer defined incident management tool or ticketing system which would be assigned to SAP BASIS queue handled by MphasiS.

Integrated OS/DB Migration Services

As the cost of hardware resources like servers, RAM, Operating Systems has increased the need for consolidation, migration and harmonization has become the norm in the SAP Landscape maintenance services. Mphasis BASIS services team can help customer take either a GIANT LEAP or a baby step based on their short term and long term Technical or Architectural roadmap. If there is no roadmap already created, we can help with the creation of the same, with our consulting team.
