Mphasis implemented a Revenue Assurance solution for a leading telecommunications and information services companies in Australia providing broadband, voice, and wireless services to consumers and businesses.

Mphasis built an RA system for the client to automate and integrate the revenue assurance processes, and developed an ETL framework for data extraction. Data was extracted from downstream systems and converted to a common format which was used by RA analysts to do reconciliation and analysis. An issue management system was built to enable the tracking issues raised by RA analysts. Support and maintenance was provided for ROSCOM test call generator and requirements based dashboards were built for RA analysts.
