The client was looking for a partner to play a key role in providing end-to-end testing services for manual, performance and automation testing for their airline product. They needed the solution leaders and business SME’s to understand and strategize testing process to accomplish product delivery goals.

 

In implementing an Agile methodology in an iterative incremental model, the client required early feedback on product quality across every testing service (manual, automation and performance testing).

 

SOLUTION

 

We designed a multiple solution-related functional and regression testing based on releases. Performance testing was implemented to uncover any issues around response time and system resource utilization. Feasible test scenarios were automated to speed regression testing process and reduce people dependency.
