THE OBJECTIVE
The Client needed a strategic partnership for implementation, upgrade, migration and regular support of SAP S4 in and Azure environment — plus, managing the entire project with limited business downtime.
Leveraging Azure VM copy, we created a homogenous system copy, implemented the HANA DB upgrade on Azure and resolved critical issues during the HANA 1709 , 1809 to 1909 upgrades. We also implemented SAP S/4 Hana and SAP HANA configuration with SAP analytics cloud.
We continue to support the HANA DB, and implement performance optimization to improve system performance.
This was a totally risk-free implementation of 20+ instances for 50+ entities across 100+ global offices in a 99% offshore delivery environment.
It created a totally stable environment for continuous operations at significant cost reduction.
