THE REQUIREMENT
With intense competition amidst fintech companies in the fast-growing HNI segment the client needed to achieve business acceleration by moving to a Zero-fee trading model through faster business integration and achieve rapid scaling of systems, enable faster and better experiences through unified modern data models enabled through cloud.
We enabled an accelerated business integration vision, through a unified customer view enabled via data on big query on cloud. We provided efficient and effective path to migrate complex Pb scale data from disparate sources, built over 20_ years, through a Cognitive Mesh Target State architecture on Big Query.
Data migration was efficiently executed through our unique accelerator Xenon™ , that helped migrate Pb scale data warehouse and data lake to Google Cloud Platform’s Big Query 40% faster. As part of the modernization we successfully brought in automation of Data Ops and laid out the foundations for ML Ops. Finally, we ensured meticulous governance through master data models and industry governance standards.
