Mphasis helped the client build the new campaign management system over Pega Marketing Product. This helped in moving away from a human-based campaign process to trigger-based contextual marketing, providing the right offer on the best channel, with the perfect communication for each individual customer based on the latest information.

 

Customer Analytical Record (CAR) was extended or overridden by the Telecom providers’ CAR. This generated more value out of the Households and improved outbound communication across the channels for the Telecom provider.
