Enable India

A recent World Report on Disability published by the World Health Organization (WHO) and World Bank states that 15% of the world’s population has a disability, which is approximately one in every seven people of which 70 million are in India.

Mphasis has been collaborating with Enable India since 2005 and has successfully trained and placed persons with disabilities in multiple industries. In their latest project together, Mphasis-Enable India C160 program, Enable India will train 100+ individuals with disabilities for absorption into the job market. The partnership will employ a community-based approach by bringing together key stakeholders including employers, candidates and trainers to productively employ persons with disabilities.
