MphasiS, a global provider of integrated BPO, IT services, consulting and platform based solutions, today announced that it has signed a partnership agreement with ConceptWave Software Inc., a leading supplier of order management solutions for the telecommunications industry. Under the agreement, MphasiS will sell, implement and support ConceptWave’s Order Care software as part of its larger telecommunications service offering to the European market.

MphasiS provides end-to-end solutions for the telecommunications industry including high end business and technology optimisation consultancy, integrated IT and BPO services, and specialised product development.
