According to Jerry Rao, Chairman & CEO, MphasiS BFL, “The volume of our business from domestic customers has witnessed a sharp rise in the past few years and through the establishment of the Noida facility, MphasiS has made a strategic decision to cater to and further tap the domestic segment. Over the past few years, the National Capital Region has displayed potential as the nation’s next leading ITES hub. The region benefits from a number of advantages due to its conducive investment climate, highly educated workforce, advanced infrastructure, high level of inward investment into the region and proximity to the nation’s capital. Recognising the need to have a base in this high growth region, Noida was chosen as the location for the establishment of our next BPO facility.”
