Jeff reflects on the second-biggest housing market in US history currently projected to close between $3.39 to $3.9 trillion. Jeff predicts that with close to $20 trillion built up in home equity right now, we can also anticipate a turn from refinance to HELOCS next year. He goes on to say that “he expects to see the housing market on fire through the first half of 2021.”
