Jeff Taylor on FBN with host Neil Cavuto
June 13, 2019Jeff Taylor, Co-Founder and Managing Director of Mphasis Digital Risk, appeared on Fox Business Network with host Neil Cavuto, discussing the impact of interest rates approaching a 24 month low and why this is a "Great Time" to buy a home.
Jeff says the current scenario is driven by geopolitical factors and wage growth is now faster for the bottom half of the income distribution than it is for the top. Interest rates are about 1% less which means a 10% saving on a 30 year mortgage rate at 3.82%, nearing a two year low. This is literally the ‘perfect’ time to buy a house.
