Exploring if the state regulators would be willing to give long-term flexibility to work out of home offices to licensed origination professionals such as underwriters, processors and closers, Jeff comments that work from home should be allowed on a permanent basis, given the heavy investments made in remote operations to address risks. “That’s one of the bigger issues people are trying to think about right now when it comes to their workforce," said Jeff.
