Jeff shares how the pandemic has essentially accelerated trends we were already seeing in the marketplace. Americans are realizing how valuable space is and migration to the suburbs and secondary cities have increased, especially now when they can safely work remotely. This flight to the suburbs is benefiting the new homebuilders and “with mortgage demand up 40% compared to last year, it’s a great time to invest in builders.”
