Discussing the evolving role fintech plays in mortgage finance, Sadie says fintech will continue to drive innovation in 2019. With changing consumer behavior, it is imperative for the lenders to review their systems and processes, and find ways to modernize. However, speed and certainty remain the biggest problems technology needs to solve for lenders and other real estate professionals. Lenders should be careful not to move too fast and create unforeseen errors.
