About Mphasis
Mphasis gave me the opportunity to gain respect in my own eyes and that of my family and friends. Life is not always fair, and my transition from being an abled person to an amputee with prosthetic legs was not easy.
The nondiscriminatory environment at Mphasis towards Persons with Disability(PWD) helped me feel normal again, The inclusive, barrier-free atmosphere provided me with a cross functional oppportunity for growth and learning as well as giving me freedom to explore and fulfill my dreams and goals.
