Girish Paranjpe

Chairperson & Independent Director

Mr. Girish Paranjpe joined the Board of Mphasis Limited in October 2024.

 

Mr. Girish Paranjpe is a co-promoter of Exfinity Venture Partners, a venture fund which invests in tech start-ups. He is a General Partner at Exfinity and a member of the Investment Committee. Earlier, Mr. Paranjpe served as the Co-CEO of Wipro’s Information Technology (IT) business during 2008-2011 and was a member of its Board. Mr. Girish Paranjpe has a two decade-tenure at Wipro, where he led the IT business and held other senior positions, as President - Financial Services Consulting and Marketing, Head - Financial Services and CFO - IT business. Mr. Paranjpe was the Managing Director of Bloom Energy International, a Silicon Valley-based alternative energy company.

 

Mr. Paranjpe was an operating partner at Advent International till 2022, a private equity firm headquartered at Boston, USA. He also serves as Director on the Board of Axis Bank Limited, CRISIL Limited, Marico Limited, Axis Max Life Insurance Limited, Modenik Lifestyle Private Limited and IBS Software Pte Ltd, Singapore. He was also a part of Prime Minister of India’s Task Force on Information Technology, NASSCOM, and International Advisory Board of Credit Agricole.

 

Mr. Paranjpe is a commerce graduate and fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

Nitin Rakesh

Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director

Mr. Nitin Rakesh, a distinguished leader in the IT services industry, joined Mphasis as its Chief Executive Officer and Director in January 2017.

In the first year of taking on the mantle as the CEO of Mphasis, Nitin introduced Mphasis’ C= X2C2 =1TM formula for success, (hyper-personalization; drive n=1 powered by Cloud & Cognitive); driving multi-dimensions of business value with an integrated consumer-centric Front2BackTM Digital Transformation, enabling Business Operations, Technology Transformation and Service Transformation, driven by IP assets.

Under Nitin’s leadership, Mphasis set a record of highest deal wins in the history of the company, thus re-defining benchmarks and growing above industry rate. Mphasis' stock price observed an increase of 4x, in four years and revenue from digital projects increased substantially. His laser focus on quadra dimensional growth – consistent, profitable, competitive and responsible, led to enhanced shareholder value. His motto to accelerate value creation for customers, shareholders and employees builds a growth-focused culture within the company.

Prior to joining Mphasis, Nitin Rakesh was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Syntel (a NASDAQ listed IT Services Company). Nitin has a proven track record of delivering profitable growth at industry leading operating margins. Before he was appointed as the CEO, he served as President, Americas for Syntel, where he headed Business Development and North American operations.

Nitin has deep domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance verticals. He has strong customer-orientation, large deal experience, and a track record of delivering transformative digital solutions. Nitin has an entrepreneurial mindset and is focused on launching innovative new service offerings, including in automation.

Nitin served at Syntel in various capacities (most recently as the CEO) from 2012 to 2016 and also before that between 2002 and 2008.

From 2008 to 2012, he served as the CEO and Managing Director of Motilal Oswal Asset Management Company. During his tenure, the company was named "Most Innovative ETF, Asia Pacific" at the 2011 ETF Awards in New York, and the "Most Innovative Mutual Fund, India" in 2010 at the Crisil - S&P Mutual Fund Awards. He is one of the first 250 CEOs globally across 26 countries who has committed to build an inclusive work environment, end disability inequality through business performance and create social and economic value of people living with disabilities across the world. In addition, he has worked with the TCG Group, a transnational private equity and investments firm as the Head of Banking & Financial Services Sales at TCG Software Services between 1999 and 2002

Earlier in his career, Nitin worked for Unit Trust of India, setting up offshore mutual funds and secondary Market Research Cell, Product Development and Risk Management divisions.

Recently, Nitin co-authored an award winning book, ’Transformation in Times of Crisis- Eight Principles for Creating Opportunities and Value in the Post- Pandemic World’, a business playbook for leaders and businesses to transform a crisis into an opportunity. The book has been recognized as ‘Best Business Book’ in the ‘Publication Award Category’ of American Business Awards and has won the International Business Book title at 2021 Business Book Awards. Recently, Nitin won the 2021 American Business Awards®- Management Awards - Bronze Stevie under the ‘Tech Innovator of the Year – Services’ category. In the past, he has been recognized with  ‘2019 American Business Awards & International Business Awards – Gold Stevie’ under the ‘Tech Innovator of the Year – Services’ category. The 2018 International Business Awards and American Business Awards 2018 recognized Nitin as ‘Executive of the Year - Computer Services’, felicitating him with Gold Stevie under the Management award category. Nitin recently won the ‘2018 Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business’ Award, recognizing him for the innovative growth strategy translating Mphasis into one of the fastest growing digital companies.

Nitin is also an active member of various institutions globally, such as US – India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) driving financial services council and business relations between US and India. He is the member of the NASSCOM executive council. He is also on the advisory board of the Knowledge@Wharton, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania’s driving digital transformation discussions at grass root level. He is a member of The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) CEO Council and an industry expert and practitioner with the Forbes Technology Council (FTC). Nitin globally advises their readers on current, as well as future, technologies and trends.

Nitin is a founding member of Plaksha University, a new model of engineering education and research through collective philanthropy to transform higher education in India.

Nitin holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science) from Delhi Institute of Technology, Delhi University and has received his Master’s in Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai and is also an alumni of Harvard Business School’s CEO Workshop.

Maureen Anne Erasmus

Independent Director

Ms. Maureen Anne Erasmus (Maureen Erasmus) was appointed to the Board of Mphasis in December 2021.

 

Ms. Maureen Erasmus has extensive experience in Financial Services, including Investment Banking, Asset Management and Wealth Management, having worked across Developed and Emerging markets for more than 35 years. Until 2017, she was a partner at Bain and Company Inc. (London), where she led major assignments across Europe, Middle East and Africa on Corporate and Investment Banking turnaround strategies. Prior to this, she held senior executive roles at Merrill Lynch in London and New York. Currently, Ms. Maureen Erasmus is a non-executive director on three other corporate boards, namely Mizuho International (Board Chairperson and Chair of Nomination Committee), Credit Suisse, UK (Chairperson), and Mercer Ltd.

 

Ms. Maureen Erasmus is a graduate of the University of Cape Town.

Sunil Kumar Gulati

Independent Director

Mr. Sunil Gulati joined the Board of Mphasis as an Independent Director in April 2024.

 

Mr. Sunil Gulati is a Michael Dakolias Senior Lecturer in economics at the Economics Department of Columbia University and brings with him a wealth of academic and professional experience. He began his journey with Columbia University in 1986 serving as a faculty member for four years. In 1991, he ventured into international development with the World Bank’s Young Professionals Program serving as a country economist for Moldova. After spending several years as an executive at World Cup USA 1994 and as a founding member of Major League Soccer he returned to Columbia University in 2003.

 

Hailing from Allahabad, India, Mr. Gulati’s influence extends beyond academia into sports, particularly soccer. He has played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of U.S. Soccer since the early 1980s, contributing significantly to the rise of the U.S. National Teams. He was elected U.S. Soccer President in 2006 and subsequently re-elected in 2010 and 2014. He served the sport at the international level as a member of the FIFA Executive Committee from 2013 to 2021 and on various committees and task forces, including the Independent Governance Committee, which provided recommendations for structural changes within FIFA.

 

Mr. Sunil Gulati currently serves as the Chairman of UEFA’s Club Financial Control Body and also serves a trustee at Bucknell University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa in 1981. Mr. Sunil Gulati’s academic journey includes earning his M.A. and M. Phil. in Economics from Columbia University.

Punit Sood

Independent Director

Mr. Punit Sood joined the Board of Mphasis as an Independent Director in December 2025.

 

He brings over 36 years of leadership experience at the intersection of financial services and technology, having driven transformation across global enterprises. His career spans senior roles in organizations such as Citibank, GE Capital, United Technologies, JPMorgan Chase, and NatWest, where he progressed to CIO positions across geographies. He has also played a key role in shaping and executing GCC strategies for leading financial institutions, including NatWest, JPMorgan Chase, and Citibank. Punit chaired the NASSCOM GCC Council for 2021–23 and continued as a member for the 2023–25 term. He also serves as an External Expert with BCG, advising clients on global capability centre strategy.

 

He is currently an Independent Director on the boards of ICICI Bank Limited and NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India).

 

He holds an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and is an alumnus of IIT Roorkee.

Amit Dixit

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Amit Dixit joined the Board of Mphasis in September 2016.

 

Mr. Dixit, based in Mumbai, is the Head of Asia for Blackstone Private Equity. Since joining Blackstone in 2007, he has been involved with various investments and investment opportunities in South Asia and global technology-enabled services. Previously, Mr. Amit Dixit was a Principal at Warburg Pincus and started his career at Trilogy Software.

 

Mr. Dixit holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MS in Engineering from Stanford University and a B.Tech. from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, where he was awarded the Director’s Silver Medal for graduating at the top of his program.

 

Mr. Amit Dixit has established the first Chair, the “Shobha Dixit Chair” exclusively for women faculty pursuing research in science and technology at IIT Mumbai. He currently serves as a Director of TaskUs Inc., Aadhar Housing Finance Limited, EPL Limited, ASK Investment Managers Limited, VFS Global AG and Blackstone Advisors India Private Limited. Mr. Amit Dixit was previously a Director of Intelenet Global Services Private Limited, Trans Maldivian Airways, PGP Glass Limited, Jagran Media, Midday Infomedia Ltd., Igarashi Motors India Limited, S H Kelkar Fragrances, Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited, IBS Software, Aakash Educational Services Limited and Sona BLW Precision Forgings Limited.

David Lawrence Johnson

Non-Executive Director

Mr. David Lawrence Johnson joined the Board of Mphasis in September 2016.

 

Mr. Dave Johnson is Senior Partner at TLG Holding, the Chairman of Glilot Capital Partners Advisors, and serves on the Boards of Conifers.ai, Centraleyes and GNQ Inscilio Inc. Mr. Dave Johnson is also a Director of Mercy University, New York, USA.

 

Mr. Johnson was a Director and CFO of TLG Acquisition One Corp., (merged into Electriq Power) a special purpose acquisition corporation focused on digital technologies and listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NTx and Electriq Power (ELIQ). Mr. Dave Johnson has also served on 11 Boards, including being Chairman of Optiv, Cloudreach Inc. and Intsights.

 

Previously, Mr. Dave Johnson was also a senior managing director at Blackstone, where he led many of their Private Equity technology investments. He joined the New York based firm in 2013. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Dave Johnson was the Senior Vice President of Strategy at Dell Corporation, where he was responsible for corporate strategy, software, corporate development and acquisition integration. Prior to joining Dell, Mr. Dave Johnson held a number of executive positions across IBM’s business lines, including the CFO of its’s $18B Technology Group and ultimately leading IBM’s Corporate Development organization, responsible for the company’s acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and acquisition integration.

 

Mr. Dave Johnson received a B.A. in English and an M.B.A. from Boston College. Mr. Johnson also holds a PMD Degree from Harvard University.

Marshall Lux

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Marshall Jan Lux joined the Board of Mphasis in August 2018.

 

He has been a financial services consultant and practitioner for over 30 years and has been on company’s Board or played an advisory role for various private equity companies across industries and geographies. Currently, he works with companies across consumer credit, wealth, insurance, healthcare, technology and financial technology. Mr. Marshall Lux has a broad network of C-suite executives, with whom he has worked with on some of their most important issues and also serves on the Board of Kapitus, Guardian Annuities, Flagstar Financial Inc, Percent Technologies, Skeps Technologies, Vulcain Engineering, Greensky Inc. and Apollo S3 Private Markets.

 

Mr. Marshall Lux has also played an integral role in many of the largest private equity deals.

 

Beyond corporate work, Mr. Marshall Lux has also worked on 35 pro bono assignments and has served on a number of not-for-profit boards, including the Harlem Children’s Zone, the New York Historical Society’s Chairman’s Council, the New York Tenement Museum, Junior Achievement and Reading is Fundamental. He is also a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

 

Nine years ago, Mr. Marshall Lux decided to broaden his focus areas. He has since been a Senior Fellow at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the Harvard Kennedy School. He is also a Senior Advisor to The Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and was a Senior Fellow to The Program on International Financial Systems at Harvard Law School. Mr. Marshall Lux is also a Senior Fellow/Policy at Georgetown University and is a Fellow at The Psaros Center for Financial Markets and Policy.

 

As a thought leader, Mr. Marshall Lux’s writings have concerned the unintended consequences of Dodd-Frank on financial services. He has written papers entitled ‘The State and Fate of Community Banking’, ‘What’s Behind the Non-Bank Mortgage Boom’, and ‘Out of Reach:Regressive Trends in Credit Card Access’. All papers have been cited in the Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, among others. He has also released papers entitled ‘When Markets Quake: The Past, Present, and Future of Online Lending’ and ‘Hunting High and Low: The Decline of the Small IPO and What to Do About It.’ Apart from this, he is also a speaker and has spoken at the House of Small Business Committee, the Federal Reserve and various universities and trade groups.

 

He began his career at McKinsey, where he served financial service firms across a variety of sub-sectors and functional areas.

 

Mr. Marshall Lux led McKinsey’s and Boston Consulting Group’s (BCG’s) private equity practice. He has extensive relationships across financial services and private equity (PE) Firms. After approximately 25 years, he left McKinsey to become the Chief Risk Officer for Chase (all consumer products globally) during the financial crisis. He then joined BCG, where he was a Senior Partner for five years and in particular, helped to build a private equity practice while serving financial institutions. For example, Mr. Marshall Lux was BCG’s first Senior Partner and built the PE practice. He continues to be an active advisor to BCG and also on the Investment Committee of the Simons Foundation and on the Board of East Harlem Scholars.

 

He attended the Woodrow Wilson School at Princeton University and graduated Summa Cum Laude.

 

Mr. Marshall Lux also attended Harvard Business School where he was a Baker and Ford Scholar (awarded to the number one student in each graduate school).

Amit Dalmia

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Amit Dalmia joined the Board of Mphasis in September 2016.

 

Mr. Amit Dalmia is a Senior Managing Director in the Corporate Private Equity group of Blackstone and heads portfolio operations for Asia. Since joining Blackstone in 2010, he has led significant improvement in the performance and development of Blackstone portfolio companies in Asia. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Amit Dalmia had diverse operational experience of over 13 years with Hindustan Unilever India (HUL) in various management and business leadership roles.

 

Mr. Amit Dalmia has completed a management training program at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree from St. Xaviers' College, Kolkata, India. He is also a Chartered Accountant (CA), Company Secretary (CS) and Cost Accountant (ICWA) and has been awarded three gold medals for securing first rank in the country.

Kabir Mathur

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Kabir Mathur joined the Board of Mphasis in December 2021.

 

Mr. Kabir Mathur is currently the Head of Asia Pacific within the Private Equities Department of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). In this capacity, he is responsible for leading all aspects of ADIA’s private equity activities in the Asia Pacific region and is a member of the Private Equity Executive Committee.

 

Mr. Kabir Mathur also serves as Director of UPL Corporation, Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Limited, IIFL Home Finance Limited and Upswing Trustee Company Limited.

 

Prior to joining ADIA in 2018, Mr. Kabir Mathur worked at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR) where he was responsible for sourcing, executing and managing private equity investments in Asia. He joined KKR in 2008, having previously worked at TPG Capital, also in their Asian private equity business. He began his career in the Investment Banking division of Citigroup/Salomon Smith Barney.

 

Mr. Kabir Mathur graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a BSc (Hons.) in Economics.

Pankaj Sood

Non-Executive Director

Mr. Pankaj Sood joined the Board of Mphasis in December 2021.

 

Mr. Pankaj Sood is the Head of Office, GIC India and leads the Private Equity (Direct Investments) business of GIC India and Africa. He joined GIC in 2010 and is based in Mumbai. Mr. Sood also serves on the boards of Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Limited, Aditya Birla Lifestyle Brands Limited, Singapore Investcorp (India) Private Limited, SPORE Investment Management (India) Private Limited, Bandhan Financial Services Limited, Bandhan Financial Holdings Limited and Ather Energy Limited.

 

Mr. Pankaj Sood has over 25 years of experience in private equity and M&A transactions in India. Prior to GIC, Mr. Pankaj Sood was an investment banker in India in Kotak Investment Bank, Ernst & Young and SBI Capital Markets.

 

Mr. Pankaj Sood is a post-graduate from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta (1999) and has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur (1996).

Aravind Viswanathan

Chief Financial Officer

Aravind Viswanathan joined Mphasis on August 16, 2024. A member of the Executive Council at Mphasis, Aravind is the Chief Financial Officer and responsible for the finance function which includes Corporate Finance, Business Finance, Business Planning, Treasury, Taxation, investor relations, etc.

As an established finance leader for ~22 years, Aravind has extensive global leadership experience including shareholder value creation, mergers and acquisitions, financial and strategic planning and budgeting corporate governance.

In his most recent role, Aravind was the CFO of Tanla Platforms, a listed leading CPaaS player in India, since April 2021. Prior to this, Aravind spent 19 years at Wipro Limited, where he was responsible for handling Business Finance for the Strategic Business Units, Financial Planning & Analysis and Order to Cash processes. Before which, Aravind was the Corporate Treasurer and Vice President – Investor Relations (IR).

Aravind has won the CFO India Treasury 20 awards in 2016 and 2017. He was also ranked amongst the Top 3 in the 2011 All-Asia Executive Team rankings in the Sell-side survey under the category of ‘Best IR Professional’ by Institutional Investors. In February 2012, Aravind was ranked among the top 10 IR Professionals in the country by Thomson Reuters India Investor Relations Survey.

Aravind is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, where he completed his Post Graduate Diploma in Management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Madras.

Ayaskant Sarangi

Chief Human Resource Officer

Ayaskant Sarangi is the Chief Human Resource Officer and a member of the Executive Council at Mphasis with over two decades of experience in various facets of human resources and a deep commitment to driving organizational success through strategic human resources management. As CHRO, Ayaskant will be leading the company's global human resources strategy and operations; talent management, including recruitment and leadership development; overseeing the company's talent lifecycle and development including all aspects of HR Operations.

As a CHRO, Ayaskant has a proven track record of leading HR functions with expertise in various facets of human resources, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, mergers, and acquisitions, learning and development, and analytics. He has not only overseen the HR function for service lines but has also provided strategic leadership to numerous Centers of Excellence (COEs) on a global scale, including those focused on leadership hiring, talent management, and learning and development.

Prior to joining Mphasis, Ayaskant served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Wipro Enterprises, where he led the company's human resources functions, having served at various HR leadership roles at Wipro Technologies prior to that. Earlier to Wipro, Ayaskant worked with organizations such as General Electric, Infosys Technologies, and Larsen & Toubro. During his tenure at General Electric, Ayaskant dedicated over a decade to the company, spending 8 years with GE Healthcare and three years with GE Corporate.

Ayaskant holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from NIT Surat and a master’s degree in human resources from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar.

Eric Winston

EVP, General Counsel and Chief Compliance, Risk & Ethics Officer

Eric Winston is responsible for Mphasis’ global legal and compliance function and policies. He has spent nearly twenty years guiding international, market-leading, public, and private equity-owned IT companies.

Prior to Mphasis, Eric served for two years as Vice President - Legal, at Syntel, Inc., an IT services company, where he was responsible for advising executive management on a wide range of matters including domestic and international, strategic and commercial transactions, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, employment, business development, corporate governance, and compliance.

From 2002 through 2015, Eric served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of INTTRA, Inc., the world’s largest electronic transactional platform for the ocean shipping industry. His responsibilities included functions such as worldwide legal, privacy, mergers and acquisitions, litigation, intellectual property, patent strategy, and compliance activities, as well as government and regulatory affairs. He also managed INTTRA's human resources department. Eric joined INTTRA in 2001 as Director of Business Planning and Projects and was appointed as General Counsel in 2002.

Prior to INTTRA, Eric served as Director of Business Development for Newark-based Net2Phone, Inc., a leader in delivering voice services over data networks. Before working with Net2Phone, he served as Director of Strategic Relations for Inlumen, Inc., a web-based application service provider and content aggregator for the financial services industry, in New York City.

From 1996 through 1999, Eric was in private practice in New York City, where he specialized in complex civil litigation matters. From 1989 through 1994, Eric served as an Assistant District Attorney for the Kings County District Attorney’s Office in Brooklyn, New York.

Eric received his Juris Doctorate at the Emory University School of Law and his bachelor of arts degree in economics from Vassar College.

Veda Iyer

Global Chief Marketing Officer, and Head Hyperscalers & Strategic Partnerships । Head Sales– APAC

Veda Iyer is the Global Chief Marketing Officer, Head Sales APAC at Mphasis. She has over 20 years of Global FinTech experience and has been in various leadership roles across sales & marketing with leading multinational companies. In her role, she is responsible for accelerating growth, augment revenue with existing & prospective clients and enhance market share in the region. As Global CMO, she drives Corporate Marketing initiatives, including relationships with Third Party Advisors, Analysts and lead generation activities. In addition to leading the Research and Bid Management functions, Veda  plays a pivotal role in fostering Mphasis' position as a market leader in Front2BackTM Transformation. She was responsible for the recent rebranding and repositioning initiative of Mphasis, as a next Applied Tech Company.

 

Prior to joining Mphasis, Veda was the Vice President, CEO's Office & Head - Strategic Marketing Group at Syntel Inc., where she was responsible for driving GTM strategies for Global Cloud Initiatives. Before moving to Syntel, she was Associate Vice President at ICICI Prudential AMC Ltd. as Head of the Banking and National Distributor Channels. Veda also worked with Reliance Securities, as National Head to set up the distribution network by partnering with companies from diverse business backgrounds. She began her career in ICICI Prudential in 2000, and performed various roles including Operations and International Business.

 

Veda has several awards to her name such as the Leader Influencer Award 2020 in Women in Tech: Leader/Innovator/Disruptor of the Year category by Kamikaze, and Global CMO of the Year for 2020 by Enterprise IT World. In 2019, she won the CMO Asia’s Women Leadership in Industry Award, in addition to being recognized in 100 Most Innovative MarTech Leaders and amongst India's Top 100 Women in Finance by Association of International Wealth Management of India (AIWMI) in the Leading category. Apart from this, Veda also won the Woman in Technology award at the 2019 ISG Paragon EMEA Awards.

 

She earned her Master's degree in Business Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Veda  was part of the Adobe Luminary Program conducted by the Indian School of Business and the Learning at Speed of Customer at CALTECH.

Srikumar Ramanathan

Chief Solutions Officer

Srikumar is an industry veteran with over three decades of rich experience in senior technology roles in the financial services sector. Over the course of his journey, he has seamlessly applied technology and innovation in addressing business opportunities and challenges. In his current role, he heads the Portfolio Group, leading a team of Industry Specialists, Solution & Enterprise Architects and Cloud Experts and all the go-to-market tribes. In this role, Sri is responsible to ensure that Mphasis solution offerings are best in class, innovative and in the path of relevance to our customers. Prior to his current role as Senior Vice President, Global Head Industry Solutions, he was responsible for building the vertical industry focus.

Prior to joining Mphasis, Sri served as Regional CIO at Citibank, leading the consumer banking technology for Citibank in Asia. While in this role, he initiated a number of digital innovations as well as conceptualizing and executing a Core Banking Modernization effort across Asia. While he started his career as a software engineer, he quickly specialized in Financial services becoming the CIO for the Singapore Derivatives Exchange, where he played a key role in introducing electronic trading and near real-time clearing operations.

Srikumar holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in marketing from XLRI and a bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

Ravi Vasantraj

Global Delivery Head

Ravi Vasantraj is a member of the Executive Council at Mphasis, overseeing Global Delivery, which includes application services, infrastructure, and business process services. As a global P&L owner, Ravi focuses on business growth, customer relationships, and transformation, while leading large-scale strategic programs, including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture setups, and partnerships to leverage the company’s strengths in next gen technologies.


Ravi has over 30 years of experience in diverse customer markets and industry verticals. He has expertise in managing top-line growth and operating margins, as well as identifying and converting key business growth opportunities.


Prior to joining Mphasis, Ravi served as the Global Head of BFSI practice for Tech Mahindra, where he was responsible for driving the business growth as well as creating innovative offerings, and forging niche partnerships. Before Tech Mahindra, he led large business portfolios at Syntel Inc. and Tata Consultancy Services.


Ravi holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India (ICWAI).

Rohit Jayachandran

Head of Banking & Financial Services

Rohit Jayachandran heads the Banking & Financial Services industry vertical in North America, at Mphasis. He is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in financial services technology space. Rohit has a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities and is passionate about transformation through technology.
 
He leads a team of experts who are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that help financial institutions drive agility, modernize, innovate and increase profitability. Rohit also an eye for emerging technologies and is continually looking for ways to help clients stay ahead of the curve.
 
Previously, Rohit led the Strategic Accounts Business for the firm, championing the HiTech, HiTouch, HiTrust value proposition across marquee customers. He also worked with the Mphasis Sparkle Labs to institutionalize a nerve center for contextual innovation that propelled the technology roadmap for financial services.
 
He has played multiple roles in Mphasis through his tenure, delivering complex programs for customers and launching Mphasis Canada. He has a stellar track record of acquiring businesses and delivering consistent growth.
 
Prior to joining Mphasis, Rohit worked at Bank of New York Mellon, where he developed complex trading systems. He holds a Master's in Management and a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering.

Mike Meyer

EVP, Head of Strategic Engagements and Healthcare & Life Sciences

Mike Meyer is currently the Head of Strategic Engagements and leads cross-functional teams to drive closure on large and strategic deals, ensuring alignment and seamless execution across stakeholders. He is a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience driving top-line growth for Global 2000 enterprises.

In his current role, Mike leads large, strategic deals in collaboration with various business units, enhancing overall growth alignment and effectiveness. He is also responsible for pipeline development along with end-to-end sales cycle management to optimize market opportunities for high value contracts.

Mike has a strong track record of market development, global sales leadership, large deal pursuits, and mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has built high-performing teams and practices, consistently delivering impactful results for clients on a global scale.

Before joining Mphasis, Mike led provider-side service offerings at Capto Consulting focusing on building go-to-market strategies, enhancing large deal capabilities, implementing industry best practices, and transforming sales teams to drive growth for emerging enterprises. Before joining Capto, Mike was Cognizant’s Global Head for Strategic Engagements. Over his 20+ years at Cognizant, he built the SET (Strategic Engagements Team) practice that grew into a multi-billion-dollar contributor of closed annual contract value.

Ashish Devalekar

Executive Vice President and Head of Europe

Ashish Devalekar, a seasoned leader with over two decades of experience in driving consistent growth in Europe across industry verticals, is currently spearheading Mphasis' Europe business. In his role, Ashish leverages his proven track record of transforming businesses into high growth units. His wealth of expertise extends to originating and closing large deals, building high-performing teams, and implementing effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.

Ashish’s expertise lies in aligning business strategy with technology and transformation, consistently delivering value for clients in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI), Technology, Media and entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT), and Life Sciences sectors. His contributions have demonstrably fostered growth. During his previous role at Virtusa, he was instrumental in turning around a business unit, transforming unit into the company's largest SBU within a short timeframe.

Ashish's ability to build and lead high-performing teams is well-established. His collaborative leadership style and focus on talent development have resulted in several recognition in his previous roles. His diverse experience encompasses serving on the Capgemini UK Country Board, overseeing a £2Bn+ business, and championing diversity and inclusion as the lead for Financial Services UK&I.

Ashish thrives in diverse environments, consistently delivering growth across large global corporates, niche BFSI domain companies, and PE-owned firms. His track record includes securing numerous multi-million dollar deals with industry leaders in the BFSI vertical. He also played a key role in establishing Polaris operations in 12 European countries, contributing significantly to regional revenue growth.

Rogayeh Tabrizi

Executive Vice President - CPG and Head of Decision AI

Rogayeh Tabrizi is a leader with over two decades of experience across industries such as financial services, retail, and logistics organizations, as well as research institutions and academia, to harness data-driven insights and build measurable pathways to data efficiency and sustained value creation. She combines a physicist’s rigor in uncovering patterns in complex data with a microeconomist’s perspective on behavior, game theory, and networks to help organizations unlock the full value of their data. This intersection of disciplines has shaped her perspective on creating meaningful, insight-led outcomes and inspired her to found Theory and Practice Business Intelligence Inc. (TAP) in 2018, serving as the Chief Executive Officer. TAP is a technology company that developed Continuum AI, a Decision Intelligence platform, that combines AI with behavioral economics to improve business decision-making and understanding buyer behavior.

Rogayeh previously contributed to the ATLAS Detector project at CERN in Geneva. She also serves as a Director at AInBC and is a member of the International Women’s Forum Canada. An established AI thought leader, she is the author of Behavioral AI: Unleash Decision Making with Data published by Wiley in 2025.

Her contributions have been widely recognized, including being named AI Leader of the Year by WLDA, Top 100 Innovator in Data & Analytics 2022, and GreenBook Future List Honouree. She was also a finalist for the 2022 RBC Women of Influence Start-Up Award, a recipient of the Ones to Watch Award, and featured in Business in Vancouver's Top Forty Under 40, among other honors.

She is an alumna of Simon Fraser University, where she did her MSc in Experimental Particle Physics, working on ATLAS Detector at CERN and completed her PhD in Economics. Additionally, she spent significant time at the Department of Economics at Stanford University, where she studied under the renowned economist, Professor Matthew Jackson.

Richard Miller

Global Head of Insurance Business

Richard is a senior executive with over 35 years of experience helping insurers fundamentally improve performance across underwriting, claims, and core operations. He is known for leading large-scale reinvention programs that combine operating model change, technology modernization, and data-driven decisioning.

He has built and led high-performing insurance practices and delivered complex transformation programs for global carriers. His work has focused on improving underwriting speed and quality, reducing operating costs, and strengthening customer and distribution effectiveness.

A defining focus of Richard’s work is embedding AI directly into core insurance workflows. He helps organizations move beyond pilots to practical deployment, enabling better risk selection, faster decision cycles, and more consistent execution in regulated environments.

In his current role, Richard works with insurers to run, modernize, and grow their businesses through AI-led, platform-driven transformation.

Most recently, Richard was the Founder of REMVENTION.AI, an applied AI advisory venture. Previously, he served as Senior Managing Director at Accenture, where he led global insurance transformation and practice growth. Earlier, as Senior Vice President at NaviSys, he led international expansion and new market development.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University.
