Mphasis' DSKOOL is a domain training program with courses spanning multiple modules in airline industry, covering key business areas. These courses are developed in partnership with universities and guidance from Aeronautical Engineers and industry experts.

Entire platform is built at 3 levels: 0, 1 and 2. Level 0 foundation course offers airline domain orientation. Level 1 for generalized knowledge on overall business processes, and level 2 for specialization in selected business areas. Each level covers fundamentals, dives deep into respective areas and characterized by learner-friendly processes. Level 0 is characterized by an automated certification process, Level 1 has a training program covering all the 8 business processes (Reservation & Distribution, Fares & Ticketing, Flight Operations, Airport Operations, Airline MRO, Airline Cargo, Administration & Finance, and Network Management), and Level 2 offers training program with specializations in each of these processes.

  • User Access Management (Grant access & reset initial password), Automatic E-Mails, Web-based Airline Domain Courses, Assessment & Quiz – Randomization of questions, Certification (downloadable and can be triggered as an e-mail)
  • AWS Cloud Watch to collect, access and monitor all performance and operational data in form of logs and metrics from a single platform
  • AWS EC2 instance provides scalability, high performance and security for the platform
  • Moodle, a popular open source Learning Management System (LMS) platform available on the AWS Marketplace, to build personalized dashboard consisting of courses and tasks, forums, wikis, and group calendars
  • Adobe Captivate as a plug-in for graphics and testing and Linux as the operating system
  • Sharable Content Object Reference Model (SCORM) for developing the learning material
