The client is a US-based leader in developing tools for helping researchers worldwide resolve their protein analysis problems. Their portfolio of tools includes everything from immunoassay systems that quantify protein expression to systems that probe the structure and purity of protein-based therapeutics.
The Client’s Protein Analysis software lacked connectivity with a leading Chromatography instrument (CDS software) due to lack of necessary domain knowledge. The client wanted to create a driver to be plugged into the flagship CDS Software of the third-party organization to increase the product efficiency while complying to FDA compliant in terms of data integrity and audit trails. Additionally, they wanted to increase the overall product market share /revenue by ensuring connectivity with the other leading instrument vendor having a high market share.
