The client was experiencing project delays, staffing delays, inadequate test coverage, and cost escalation due to lack of a dedicated test environment, testing governance, and QA experts in the team. The client wanted to strengthen QA Strategy, mode of operations, improve quality on QA execution, and improve functional/domain capability with the existing QA Vendor.
