Business need: The client's software product working with Mass Spectrometer was widely used in Healthcare and Life Sciences community. The objective was to add functional support for a 3rd party instrument to an existing Mass Spectrometry Software product and expand their customer base. The client's current core team could not focus on new product lines, so they aimed to partner with an expert in med-tech product sustenance service provider to help them meet business objectives and free up their critical resources.
