The client’s multiple operational companies (‘OpCos’) were operating in a siloed and independent manner that severely constrained their collaboration for overall enterprise benefits. Further, in a pandemic and post-pandemic volume surge and disrupted business landscape, driven by drastically changed customer expectations (where a key customer turned competitor), it was critical that the client transformed themselves to be digitally agile.
The need of the hour was to enable on-demand decisioning to pivot to nimble business models.
Mphasis designed a XaaP (Everything-as-a-Platform) architecture that de-coupled business logic from legacy. This created a common data core for a live view of demand and supply, and our algorithmic decisioning intelligence enabled speed and agility for actionable insights and effective decisioning.
