The client aimed to automate the process of account opening, client onboarding, opening a deposit account, reviewing the newly opened deposit accounts, and submitting the service requests for the deposit accounts.
Mphasis automated various services for Lending and deposit services. Lending Services Appian project dealt with banking services offered by the bank to its customers. The benefits included loan approval, document generation, digital signatures, sending notifications via email or text message. In addition, the application offered services like modification of loan requests, payment transactions, handling of commercial loans, and advance posting.
Our Deposit Services Appian project dealt with retail banking to offer Deposit Account Opening, background services, documentation, verification, approvals process, etc. In addition, the application also provides services like client onboarding for new customers.
