The client, a leading US-based telecom provider, was using outdated and underperforming software. It wanted to update its processes to transform the enterprise for a digital future.

BUSINESS CHALLENGE

 

The client required network densification to:

• Improve the customer experience

• Modernize infrastructure at a lower cost

• Digitize the existing configuration information questionnaire (CIQ), commissioning and integration (CIC), and pricing management processes

SOLUTION

 

We analyzed the client’s needs and implemented the following solutions:

• Integrated successfully with DocShare for uploading documents, as a result of which the existing environment was freed from handling documentation

• Developed applications in Appian in parallel with upstream and downstream applications and ensured that applications met all requirements

• Built CIQs for Enodeb (Nokia and Airspan), MW Backhaul, CLWR, Dark Fiber, UE Relay, and HFC backhaul

• Provided functionalities like Excel parsing, so that CIQs could be created in bulk

• Created a functionality of reports, which helped the business users to get details of consolidated data. Also, the data could be exported as Excel sheets for proper data analysis by users
